Last season’s RFU award winning Coach Education programme has been renewed and improved and is now once again in full swing at Ealing.
Around 50 volunteer coaches have already attended sessions this season on Tag Rugby, Coaching Children and the IRB/RFU’s "Rugby Ready" course. A new initiative, the Advanced Coach’s Forum met to discuss ‘Decision-making and how much structure there could/should be in Mini Rugby’ with the group’s conclusions shortly to be made available to the wider coaching community.
