What happened away from Vallis Way this weekend?

Barking 41-3 Bridgwater & Albion

No surprise that Barking won this contest – 2 penalty tries in this 6  try demolition as Barking "look forward" to next week’s away clash at Park.

Barnes 24-29 Southend

Southend wing Andy Frost was the hero in West London, as they came away with this 4 try win over luckless Barnes.

Clifton 14-3 Westcombe Park

According to Clifton’s larger than life forwards coach, Clifton should have won by more given the amount of possession their forwards won – Don’t forwards always say that? – In the end 4 points in the bag for Clifton.

Lydney 23-29 Rosslyn Park

Another home loss for Lydney, taking it to 4 losses from 6 games, but given they spend most of the game with 14 men (after second row Bashford did just that….on 9 minutes), they ran Park close. Laidlaw forgot his kicking boots  and it took a 70 minute try and 78 min pen to take all the points for Park.

Richmond 26-15 Henley

Prop Ed Rosa was the hero of the Mond faithful with two tries to put a halt to Richmond’s recent loss of form …..

Shelford 21-17 Dings Crusaders

Dings came away with a losing bonus point as Shelford’s full back Ed Gough’s kicking proved the difference between the two teams.
