Sunday 24th September – Mini’s arrangements

Things are quite complex this coming Sunday, so please read on…

Training at Vallis Way on Sunday 24th will be from 11am for the Rugby Rats, U6 and U12. This is to allow the site to be prepared for the Championship Game on SKY TV later in the day.

On site will be the Rugby Rats, U6, U12, U14, U15 & U16’s.

U7, U8, U9, U10 & U11 are at away WLL fixtures at Teddington, London Irish, Rosslyn Park and London Welsh.

Rats and U6 will move onto the grass for the week to make way for an inflatable assault course.

U12’s will train on P2 with the U14’s.

U16’s will be playing a match on P1.

U12’s are also Mascots and Flag Bearers for the Championship match.

All parents and players who are on site are invited to stay and watch the Ealing Trailfinders Professional Team play their Championship match vs London Scottish. If you stay, you can watch the match for free! And you will get to see the pro’s who have been joining us in action.

Parking onsite will be limited and of course the half marathon is on so you may be better leaving the car at home it you can!

Parents who do park onsite and are not staying for the Championship Match will however need to leave the site by 1.30 – before the gates close.

Parents returning from away fixtures with players in the Guard of Honour : – Your names will be on the gate and you can get in for free. If you are not on the list you will need to pay for entry (see below).

Parents who are not on site and without players participating in the Guard of Honour :- If you bring your junior player with your entrance fee will be just £5 per adult.  To receive this discount on the normal price you will need to pay at the gate, before getting to the turnstiles.  Junior Players are alway free.

In addition to the Championship match there will be the inflatable assault course to keep the kids amused, plus the usual Trailfinders Bar, Food etc.

Adrian – The Youth Chairman will be at the gate selling the £5 tickets.

Good luck to all the Ealing teams playing this weekend 🙂

Best regards
