John Martin Estates Renews Support as Lead Sponsor

John Martin Estates takes lead sponsorship role in the second Ealing Trailfinders Championship U20’s Tournament. Pitshanger’s Community Estate Agent, John Martin Estates has agreed to renew its sponsorship for the second annual Championship U20’s Tournament. Following its successful launch last year, the Tournament will again bring together the very best of the Championship’s U20’s talent together with several invitation only U20’s teams and is being held at  Trailfinders’ ground in Ealing on Sunday 28th April 2019.

The day will see the emerging U20’s national rugby talent battling it out for the trophy and a variety of other prizes – we already have confirmed attendance from Nottingham Academy (perhaps favourites to retain the trophy after last year’s strong performance) Henley Hawks, Old Albanians, Moseley, together with a Doncaster Academy coming down south in search of glory and Leicester Tigers who will no doubt be arriving with victory on their minds!

John Martin has been an estate agent in Ealing for over 30 years and his passion for property is only exceeded by his love of rugby. A keen supporter of the local community, his business has previously supported many local initiatives including previous support of Ealing Trailfinders and close involvement with London Wasps Academy as mentor and sponsor.

John will again join the experienced judges on the day selecting the best performances for special recognition – acknowledging the players’ potential as future stars of the game and nominating the STORM watches ones to watch.

John Martin said, ‘We’ve been involved in supporting our local community since I founded the business over 30 years ago and I am absolutely delighted we can play a part in continuing our sponsorship of this excellent tournament for the emerging talent in national rugby. In a World Cup year, it is even more interesting to bring the national U20’s Championship teams together for a tournament at Trailfinders – rugby is number one on the sporting agenda and some of the talent on show will no doubt be representing their countries at the highest level very soon. See them here first! Last year’s tournament was a wonderful contest and it’s great to be involved in what will, I am sure, be another fantastic day’.

John Lacey, Academy Director at Trailfinders replied, ‘John Martin Estates is an outstanding local business and we’ve always appreciated their support – it’s fantastic to have them involved for a second year in a lead role in bringing together the very best of not only the Championship but also the wider group of young men and women enjoying rugby in the UK.’
