All volunteers must, at the start of their involvement with children, undertake the following:
- Provide a photocopy of the data/photograph page from their passport.
- Complete an Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club Volunteer’s Registration Form
- Complete the CRB Check form for forwarding to the Criminal Records Bureau.
- Have their photograph taken and added to the club’s database.
Registered volunteers should ensure that any adults expressing interest in assisting in the operation of the junior section are directed to the Coaching Co-ordinator so that this process can be put into place.
The Club’s Database listing all registered volunteers is available for inspection in the junior rugby office.
