Ealing Trailfinders Senior Academy seeks to develop young players aged U19-U23 into the next generation of senior professionals.
Members of the squad work closely with the Academy coaching team to enhance their core rugby skills as well as with the Senior Pro coaches and Strength and Conditioning team.
Age Grade fixtures against the Army Academy, Royal Navy U23, Combined Services U23 and Academies from GK Championship sides Bedford Blues, London Scottish, Moseley and Nottingham allows the coaching team to track each players progress throughout the season. Outside of these fixtures, players play with partner clubs at a level that suits there individual ability, with a view to progressing through the RFU league structure while still targeting skills development.
Players are invited to contact Academy Director John Lacey to discuss further the opportunities available.
