Membership Subscription Rates 2014 / 2015 Season

Men’s Section Membership

There is a “no pay, no play” policy for all Men’s Section players. If a player misses a payment he cannot play again until the missing payment has been received.

Recruitment Bonus

Any member who introduces a new player to the Men’s Section receives a £50 bonus subject to:

  1. The new player has never played at Ealing AND
  2. The new player pays for either a Full Membership at OR pays for a Social Playing Membership and five match fees AND
  3. The introducing member pays for either a Full Membership OR pays for a Social Playing Membership and five match fees OR is a Student Member.
  4. The introducing member notifies the Players Manager or Membership Manager in advance of the new player’s first game for The Club.

Casual Player

  • This scheme is for players who are not members and it allows them to play provided they pay a match fee.
  • This fee is £10 per match for someone who has never been a member of the Men’s Section and is restricted to three games. After three games these players must convert to either Social Playing Member or Full Playing Member, or pay £20 per match.
  • Casual Players who have previously played rugby for the Men’s Section pay £20 per match.
  • Casual Players do not receive full club and TFSC membership benefits, nor are they eligible for club awards.

Student Living Away

  • This membership is for those students who may want to play during term breaks and want to stay in touch with the club.
  • Cost free.

Student Playing Member

  • This membership is for those students who want to play throughout the season.
  • Student Playing Members receive full club and TFSC membership benefits, and are eligible for club awards and to join the Spring tour party.
  • Student Playing Members also receive an Ealing Men’s training shirt after attending five training sessions,
  • Student Playing members are expected to purchase club shorts and socks if they do not already have these.
  • Cost free. 

Social Playing Member

  • This membership is for those who play a small number of games in a season and also wish to take out full club membership.
  • On receipt of membership payments, and after having played seven games for the Men’s Section, Social Playing Members receive club shorts and new-style club socks, if needed. They also receive an Ealing Men’s training shirt after attending five training sessions,
  • Social Playing Members are eligible to receive an exclusive Ealing logo quarter zip fleece after playing twelve qualifying games (or seven Evergreens’ games).
  • Social Playing Members receive full club and TFSC membership benefits, and are eligible for club awards and to join the Spring tour party.
  • Cost £135 subscription plus £10 per game.

Full Playing Member

  • On receipt of membership payments Full Playing Members receive club shorts and new-style club socks, if needed. They also receive a Men’s Section training shirt after attending five training sessions,
  • Full Playing Members are eligible to receive an exclusive Ealing logo quarter zip fleece after playing twelve qualifying games (or seven Evergreens’ games).
  • Full Playing Members receive full club and TFSC membership benefits, and are eligible for club awards and to join the Spring tour party.
  • Cost £215 subscription or £225 if paid in instalments. Match fees are included.

Section Sponsor

  • A Section Sponsor receives an advertising entry on the Section Sponsors web page on www.ealingrugby.co.uk and a complementary Social Membership of Ealing Rugby Club. A Section Sponsor is also eligible to a season ticket for first team games, a free Section Sponsor lunch hosted by the Men’s Section Chairman, and an exclusive Men’s Section stash item.
  • Cost £500.

Junior Playing Membership – Minis & Youth

All families of young rugby players must first sign up for one of the following membership types:

Family Membership

NB The Family Membership should be thought of as a basic membership subscription that needs to be paid only once for each family no matter how many further children are then registered, it is an integral part of the Junior Player’s subscription.  You are not purchasing Social Membership for the parents of the player, the club gives free Social Membership with all its benefits to both parents of every young young player registered.

  • Includes a partner and to which Junior Players can be added.
  • Cost £135 subscription or, if paid in instalments, a £10 admin fee is applied.

To this is then added the following Junior Player’s subscriptions as appropriate:

  • Junior Player – Rugby Rats & Under 6 – £50
  • Junior Player – Under 7 to Under 12 – £75
  • Junior Player – Under 13 to Under 15 – £100
  • Emeralds – £100
  • Academy – £120

These additions are included in any instalment payment packages.

Full Men’s Playing & Family Membership

  • As for Family Membership but also includes Social Playing Membership for one parent.
  • Cost £245 subscription or £255 if paid in instalments, plus any Junior player subscriptions, no charge per game.

 Men’s Social Playing & Family Membership

  • As for Family Membership but also includes Full Playing Membership for one parent.
  • Cost £165 subscription, plus any Junior player subscriptions, plus £10 match fees per game.

Social Non-Playing Membership

The single Social Membership subscription is – £135 and includes a full Member’s Season Ticket

Family Social Non-Playing Membership

The Family Membership subscription is – £135. and includes club membership for both partners but does not include a season ticket
