Ealing Trailfinders are looking to recruit new players aged U19-23 to join our new Academy structure. If you are a talented, motivated and ambitious young player and feel you have what it takes to become a member of our 1st XV of the future, we would like to speak to you about the opportunities available at Ealing Trailfinders.
We provide a player focussed performance environment, targeting individual player development. If your application is successful you will receive professional coaching from RFU level 3 coaches as well as regular sessions with the Pro Squad coaching team, on site Strength and Conditioning training and Medical support led by the Senior Pro squad.
A challenging fixture list with games against representative sides such as the Army, Navy and Combined Services U23s as well as Championship Academies from Bedford, Jersey, London Scottish and Nottingham and Welsh Premiership sides will provide a great chance to measure your progress.
We will expect extremely high standards of commitment and discipline but offer a chance to develop your potential to the full at an ambitious, high achieving club.
We also invite younger players aged U17/18 to apply to join our U18 Emerging Player Group. If successful, in addition to playing, you will work hard on your core skills and Strength and Conditioning to prepare you for a possible future in our Senior Academy and beyond.
