As part of the ongoing development of the relationship between the Men’s Section and the Ealing Academy existing Men’s Section players will have the opportunity this year to apply to join the Academy programme. For existing Men’s Section players the usual U23 cut-off will be waived though acceptance onto the programme remains at the Academy’s sole discretion and is subject to the Academy’s usual criteria.
This further strengthens the unique player development opportunities available at Ealing Trailfinders that enable talented and committed players to progress from the Youth and Men’s Sections through the Academy, potentially on and up to National League Level rugby and beyond.
