Fellow Ealing Rugby Men,
After so many years of touring in Eastern Europe it’s been decided that we will head to the land of the Lederhosen, Frankfurters, ladies with underarm hair, one litre Stein glasses full of beer and a little bit of rugby thrown in. To be more precise we are heading to Hamburg for this season’s tour departing on Friday 13th May and returning on Monday 16th May. Hamburg is a fantastic city with plenty of things to do for a tour party looking for jollification. We have also entered a rugby tournament hosted by Hamburg Exiles RFC which takes place on Saturday 14th May with sixteen or more teams expected to compete.
The cost of £390.00 includes return flights from Hamburg, hotel accommodation for three nights based on shared rooms, a tour shirt / tour stash, travel & playing insurance, tournament costs and beer kitty. The tour is open to all Ealing RFC members, all Ealing RFC grande fromages, management, coaches and friends & sponsors of Ealing RFC.

Thereafter there is an installment scheme for the remaining costs. Please set up a standing order for these so that we don’t have to chase for these monies.
- £75.00 1st February (Total collected £150.00)
- £75.00 1st March (Total collected £225.00)
- £75.00 1st April (Total collected £300.00)
- £90.00 1st May (Total collected £390.00)
Alternatively you can pay £250.00 by the 1st February (£175.00 after deposit) and the remaining £140 by the 1st April.
Hamburg is a fantastic city and as always our tours are legendary, if you are new to the club including the Return to Rugby boys please come along as you will have an awesome time, if you have been on tour before there’s no need to tell you how good they are.
